AGA are amazing stoves, they are always hot and ready to go, the only downside, because they are constantly hot one has to keep a routine when it comes to keeping it clean
STEP 1
FOR EVERYDAY USE - To a wet cloth add some white vinegar and give a good wipe including the front and doors, rinse with water and polish dry
STEP 2
For those festive days that one spends all weekend cooking and the Aga end ups really dirty.
I use Cif - just a few drops - give a light srub.
Rinse with water
Buff dry
STEP 3
Aga has an iron brush that I use to remove the dry grease were is too hot to touch
I tend to brush with just enough pressure without scratching the surface
Afterwords wipe it clean with a damp cloth
I never ever clean the ovens, because they are hot constantly they tend to self-clean them selfs
STEP 4
REMEMBER TO DO THE YEARLY MAINTENANCE.
THE ENGINEER WILL TAKE IT APART, CLEAN THE FAN AND GIVE A GOOD CLEAN TO THE PLACES THAT ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH OR TO HOT
