Spray white vinegar into the glass brush holder, give a bit of a scrub, rinse it and dry it.

And It can be done at the end of the day.

Little helpful hint: after you brush your teeth before going to bed spray the glass with white vinegar and at the same time give a little spray to the basin and taps and a little wipe.
