HOW TO CLEAN AND REMOVE BLACK SCRATCHS FROM A BELFAST CERAMIC WHITE SINK

I love white ceramic sinks but they can get very dirty very quickly.

I tried many products. All of them work ok but my best one is the Vim powder. I know it is a bit expensive but this bottle is at least 4 years old and you just need a very small amount in order to clean the sink.

Method for cleaning it

Step 1 - Pour a bit of the powder into the sink (this bit is enough to clean all the sink ) and with a humid (not wet) cloth or sponge tap gently into the powder (do not get all the powder into the cloth just a little bit, more or less the same amount if you were powdering your face) and start to give a bit of a scrub (you will notice the black stains will start to vanishing). When you notice you do not have any more powder in the cloth go back and tap again into the powder and carry on removing other black scratches.

STEP 2 - After all black scratches are gone from the sink add a few drops of water (very few, you do not want to get rid of the powder just yet)and give the sink one last scrub.

STEP 3 - Rinse it with plenty of water especially if your sink has a food waste disposer and polish the sink until it is dry.

NOTE do not forget to give a good clean to the tap also
