HOW TO UNSTUCK PLASTIC CUPS

We are a big family and everyone likes to help when we get together. One consequence of being like that is that as soon as the dishwasher finishes, we have to empty it straightaway, so the next lot goes in.

That’s when we create the problem.

As we stuck the hot plastic cups on top of each other and as they cooled down, they created a vacuum, making it impossible to unstuck them.

So, after a little thinking, I found out these 4 little steps that solved my problem.

STEP 1 - Heat up some water and pour it into the plastic cup at the top.

STEP 2 - Wait a couple of minutes until the plastic is a bit malleable.

STEP 3 - Pour the hot water out ( you do not want to get scolded).

NOTE - If you have a few cups stuck, you can save electricity and pour from one cup to the next until the water gets colder.

SETP - Gentility pull them apart.

PS - As you can see, I tried a couple of times with different plastic cups to see if it worked.

NOTE - ONCE THEY BECOME UNSTUCK, LET THEM DRY COMPLETELY BEFORE STUCKING THEM UP AGAIN , that way in order to avoid CREATING A VACUUM
